Please note that all items ship FOB origin. Your actual freight charges will be displayed during the ordering process, or you can see an estimate in your Shopping Cart.  Please allow 2 business days (Monday thru Friday) for orders to be processed before shipping from the warehouse.  Shipping times are estimates only. 

Returns are dealt with on a case by case basis determined by the best possible way to keep our customers happy.

Return shipping for exchanges are the responsibility of the consumer. 

Please note that Sauce Packets are not returnable as we cannot accept returns on food items.
